Below you will find a library of information with fact sheets & letters submitted by scientists and attorneys at the Southern Environmental Law Center which reveal the recent timeline of our fight for clean air against conglomerates xAI and the Tennessee Valley Authority who have contributed excessively to the pollution & health burden to our city and county. 

You will find an xAI handout with the facts about community concerns, letters from the Southern Environmental Law Center concerning the unlawful use of methane gas turbines and the need to prevent additional turbines being installed by xAI, the Tennessee Valley Authority, and more industry polluters. The documents provide an insightful and necessary opposition to environmental racism, redlining, unjust industrial zoning in majority-Black communities, and our concerns about the deepening public health crisis. 

Memphis Community Against Pollution is organizing people power in Memphis, Shelby County, and the surrounding Mid-South who continue to bear burdens of air pollution by these and other corporations.
